Slow Food Western Slope is our local chapter of Slow Food USA, a non-profit educational organization. The Western Slope is rich in farms, orchards, ranches, vineyards and the arts and Slow Food Western Slope supports our local food in wonderful ways. We enjoy watching what our local chapter is up to.

Solar Energy International

Solar Energy International was founded in 1991 as a nonprofit educational organization. Their mission is to empower people around the world through sustainable education. Their SEI training facility is just a hop skip and a jump away from the Farm. SEI’s Renewable Energy Education Program offers hands-on workshops and online courses in solar PV, wind, micro-hydro and solar hot water. Whether it’s making their trainings more available or sponsoring the Locavore documentary SEI supports sustainable education for a better future.
