Shanti’s lamb was born yesterday morning and is such a sweet little boy. Shanti is outrageously proud of her first lamb and is bonding with him well in the barn. They are both resting and getting to know each other before joining the flock.
Life is abounding on the farm. We just received our first shipment of chicks. They had a rough journey but are now thriving. You can watch some clips of them settling into their new home in the last blog post Dahlia’s Lamb & Feeding Time. New life is abounding on the farm. The flock is growing exponentially and we should see a surge of brand new lambs for the next few days as most of our due dates approach over this upcoming weekend. So stay tuned to the blog to meet the newest members and have the chance to name them! Shanti’s lamb is excited to meet the other new members of the flock but for now he is content to ponder the mysteries of life. Such as what will his name be?
